RAJENDRA CHAUHAN Vs. SWAROOP RAM AND ORS

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal is directed against the order dated 10.05.2012 passed by the Additional District Judge No.1, Jodhpur Metropolitan, whereby, the application filed by the appellant under Order XXXIX, Rule 1 and 2 CPC has been rejected.

(2.) When this appeal came up for admission before this Court on 26.07.2012, notices were ordered to be issued and it was directed that the parties would maintain status quo with regard to the plot in question as of that day i.e. 26.07.2012.

(3.) Despite service no one has appeared on behalf of the respondents.
