(1.) 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) Learned counsel for the accused applicant submits that co-accused Shyam Singh had illicit relations with co-accused Poonam, wife of deceased and the casque of death is knife injuries and knife has been recovered from Shyam Singh.
