JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) Learned counsel for the non-petitioner submits that in the Family Court, Udaipur efforts for re-conciliation between the parties failed and, therefore, any appropriate order may be passed on the transfer petition of the petitioner.

(3.) In view of the fact that the petitioner is a lady and having various to problems in attending the Court at Udaipur and in view of the fact that the non-petitioner has not denied any of the fact given by the petitioner, therefore, it will be just and proper to transfer the Civil Misc. Case No. 208/2002 Deepak Changlani v. Smt. Varsha from the Family Court. Udaipur to the Family Court, Jodhpur.
