JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned Counsel for the parties.

(2.) VIDE order dated 18.12.2002, the appeal has already been ordered to be abated as against respondents No. 6 and 7. The respondent No. 7 is owner of the vehicle, while the respondents No. 1 to 5 are claimants. Since the appeal has already abated against the owner, the impugned decree has become final in favour of the legal representatives of the deceased owner.

(3.) THE same is, therefore dismissed as abated.
