JUDGEMENT

(1.) The matter is placed on the board as the defendant petitioners have not filed PF and notices for non- petitioner No. 1 since 10.10.2002.

(2.) In this revision petition the challenge has been made to the order dated 25.11.1992 of the learned Munsif, Bansur (Alwar) in Civil Suit No. 43/92 under which the application filed by the defendant-petitioners u1O. 9 R. 7 of the CPC for setting aside the ex-parte order dated 18.9.1992, was rejected.

(3.) Having heard the learned counsel for the defendant-petitioners I am satisfied that this revision petition is not maintainable in view of the proviso inserted to Section 115 of the CPC by Section 12 of the Act 46 of 1999.
