MANGI LAL Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

Decided On March 13, 2003
MANGI LAL Appellant
V/S
STATE OF RAJASTHAN Respondents

JUDGEMENT

(1.) THESE three appeal are directed against the common order dated 6. 8. 2002 passed in S. B. Civil Writ Petitions No. 2371/2002, 2372/2002 and 2374/2002 whereby the learned Single Judge dismissed the aforenoticed writ petitions. Writ petitioner Mangi Lal has challenged the order of the learned Single Judge in these appeals.

(2.) WE have heard learned counsel for the parties. Perused the order impugned.

(3.) IT is settled legal proposition that amendment in the pleadings may generally be allowed in case the amendment sought is necessary for the purpose of determining the real question in controversy between the parties. However, it should not cause injustice or prejudice to the other side.
