JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) The matter comes on the application of the appellant, dated 5.5.2003, filed under Sec. 151, for restoration of the position of the possession of the shop, as it existed on 19.2.2003.

(3.) By the impugned judgment and decree, the learned trial Court has decreed the suit of the plaintiff-respondent No. 1, against the other three respondents, directing them to hand over possession of the suit premises, mentioned in Para 1 of the plaint, to the plaintiff within a period of one month, and also awarding cost to the plaintiff.
