(2.) ADMIT . Shri B.C. Meena, Official Liquidator, accepts notices of the application.

(3.) IN the application the prayer has been made for a direction to the Official Liquidator to accept the claim after condoning the delay, if any, made in filing thereof and pass such orders as may be deemed just and equitable in the facts and circumstances of the present case.
