JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) I have gone through the case diary. All the injuries sustained by the persons are simple in nature. The incident had taken place because of some dispute regarding agricultural land. The accused persons belong to different caste in as much as Mohan Lal is Brahman. Therefore, the question of applicability of Section 3, S. C. and S. T. Act, in the circumstances of this case will have to be seen ultimately. In this view of the matter, I am inclined to accept this bail-application.
