JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner is being wanted in case registered u/s. 135 of the Customs Act. The accusation against him that he is involved in smuggling of gold biscuits of foreign marks. In such matters, the investigating agency should be given full hand to find out the real culprits. No sympathy is required towards the persons, who are engaged in such nefarious activities.The petition is, therefore, dismissed. Application dismissed.
