(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the papers available on record.

A letter has been received from the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dholpur, he has got the petitioners examined for age by the Medical Officer (In-charge), General Hospital, Dholpur, and according to both the reports, both the petitioners are about 16 years of age. The two reports indicate that the accused petitioners have not crossed 16 years of age as such chances of their being tried by the Juvenile Justice Court, cannot be rulled-out.
(3.) In this view of the matter, I am inclined to accept this bail-application. The S.H.O./I.O. Arresting Officer, Police Station, Maniya (Dholpur, in F.I.R. No. 19/1992, is therefore, directed that in the event of arrest of the accused petitioners namely Gopal son of Shri Ganga Ram and Sobran son of Shri Kanhai, shall be released on pre-arrest bail, provided each one of them furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 2,000.00 with one surety in the like amount to his satisfaction on the following conditions:-
