JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner filed an appeal before the Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal, Rajasthan, Jaipur, being appeal No. 95/90. The said Tribunal allowed the appeal of the petitioner vide order dated 17.5.1991, and passed the following order:

(2.) The petitioner served a notice upon the respondent on 13.8.91, for implementing the said judgment but the respondents did not pay any heed to the representation made by the petitioner. Under these circumstances, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition for mandamus, directing the respondent to implement the judgment dt. 17.5.1992, passed by the said Tribunal. Notice was issued to the respondents on 9.1.1992, but still no reply has been filed by the respondent. No cause has been shown as to what is the difficulty with the Government in implementing the order of the Service Tribunal.

(3.) Consequently, I allow the writ petition and direct the respondent to implement the order of the said Tribunal dated 17.5.1992, positively within a period of three months from today.
