(1.) HEARD and perused the available relevant record. Principal co -accused his already been released on bail Under Section 439 Cr.P.C. No specific act of the petitioner except his presence during the alleged incident has been assigned.

(2.) KEEPING in view the injury report and all the relevant facts and special circumstances of this case, to my mind, it is a fit cause wherein the petitioner should be granted anticipatory bail.
