SONU Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Lawyers are not physically appearing in the Court in view of the unprecedented situation being faced by the country due to pandemic of novel corona virus (COVID-19).

(2.) The case comes up on an application for correction in the order dtd. 15/11/2021 passed by this Court in S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No.5989/2021 wherein, in Paragraph 6 of the order, the name of the Court is shown as 'Judicial Magistrate, Rajsamand' whereas, the correct name should be 'Special Court, SC/ST Act Cases, Rajsamand'.
