JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner has filed the present writ petition with the following prayers:-

(2.) This Court vide order dtd. 13/6/2022 asked the petitioner to supply copy of the writ petition in the office of Shri Pankaj Sharma, AAG.

(3.) Today, Mr. Pankaj Sharma, AAG has appeared in the matter on behalf of the respondents and agreed that the controversy involved in the present case is covered by the judgment passed by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the case of S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 12846/2017 (Dhanraj Meena v. The State of Rajasthan and Ors.) decided on 15/1/2018. In the aforesaid matter, following directions were issued to the respondents:-
