SAHAJAD KHAN Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The instant criminal writ petition has been preferred on behalf of the petitoner Sahajad Khan S/o Liyakat Khan seeking emergent parole of 20 days for the treatment of his mother-in-law Smt. Lata Verma, whose affidavit has been annexed with the petition.

(2.) Learned AAG has submitted a medical report, as per which, the petitioner's mother-in-law Smt. Lata Verma has been advised eye surgery. As per the report forwarded by the Superintendent of Police, Ajmer, Smt. Lata Verma resides with the petitioner's family, which consists of his wife Geetanjali, son Veer @ Vaibhav and minor daughter Hiranya.
