JUDGEMENT

(1.) The corpus Mst. 'P' has been produced in the Court by Shri Pannaram, ASI, Police Station Shergarh, District Jodhpur. We conferred with her 'in Camera'. With full confidence at her command, she stated that she was being harassed and humiliated in the matrimonial home and thus, she is voluntarily living at her father's house in the village Bapu Nagar and is not illegally confined.
