JUDGEMENT

(1.) The writ petition (PIL) No.1985/2017 filed by the petitioner Shyam Sunder was disposed of by this Court vide order dtd. 8/1/2018 with the following observations :-

(2.) The State of Rajasthan has filed the Misc. Application No.247/2021 seeking recalling/ review of the order dtd. 8/1/2018 whereas, the petitioner Shyam Sunder has filed Contempt Petition No.77/2019 alleging non-compliance of the order dtd. 8/1/2018.

(3.) We first proceed to consider the review application filed by the State Government.
