JUDGEMENT

(1.) The corpus Mst. 'B' has been produced in the Court from Nari Niketan, Jodhpur where she was sent by this Court vide order dtd. 25/2/2022. We conferred with her. With full confidence at her command, she stated that she is not desirous of going with the present petitioner Monu Kumar Sharma and would rather continue to stay at her father's house.

(2.) In this background, we hereby set the corpus at liberty to proceed with her father present in the Court. In the peculiar facts of the case, it is directed that the per-emptory cost of Rs.25,000.00deposited by the petitioner shall be reimbursed to him.

(3.) The petitioner's counsel stated that there is a serious threat to the life of his client at the hands of relatives of the corpus. The petitioner may submit a representation in this regard to the Superintendent of Police, Chittorgarh who shall examine the same objectively and in case, the threat perception to the life and limb of the petitioner is found to be genuine, appropriate security shall be provided to him.
