JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner has approached this Court with a grievance that she having done post graduation is obviously major by age and she wants to pursue her studies, whereas her father lodged missing person report and, therefore, the police is harassing her.

(2.) It is the contention of the petitioner that she is residing as a paying guest and wants to continue her study.

(3.) She prays that adequate police protection be provided to her.
