JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application for bail under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner who has been arrested in connection with F.I.R. No.183/2022 registered at Police Station A.C.B., Jalore CPS Jaipur, for offences under Sec. 7 of Prevention of Corruption (Amended) Act, 2018 and under Sec. 120-B of I.P.C.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the accused is in custody since 12/5/2022 and he has been falsely implicated in the criminal case and trial of the case will take sufficiently long time, therefore, the benefit of bail should be granted to the accused-petitioner.
