JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present bail application has been filed under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No.196/2022 Police Station Gogamedi, District Hanumangarh for the offence punishable under Sec. 8/21 of NDPS Act.

(2.) I have considered the arguments advanced before me and gone through the material available on record.
