JUDGEMENT

(1.) By way of the present application, the petitioner has prayed that the order dtd. 20/5/2022 be recalled and modified.

(2.) It is contended by the complainant (respondent No.2) that this Court has converted the arrest warrant to bailable warrant without hearing the complainant.

(3.) He submitted that the crucial fact that the Coordinate Bench of this Court has rejected bail application of the petitioner could not be brought to the Court's notice.
