JUDGEMENT

(1.) An application has been filed on behalf of the appellants under Sec. 151 CPC for withdrawal of the present appeal on the ground of amicable settlement/compromise arrived at between the parties.

(2.) Since the compromise has been arrived between the parties, the court fees so paid by the appellants may be refunded back to them. A certificate in this regard be issued by the Registry.
