JUDGEMENT

(1.) This revision petition has been filed assailing the order dtd. 29/7/2015 passed by Civil Judge, Kishangarh in Civil Suit No.89/2014 whereby and whereunder petitioners' application under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC has been dismissed.

(2.) Heard counsel for both parties and perused the impugned order as well as the plaint.
