JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:-

By an appropriate writ, order or Direction the impugned inaction on the part of the respondents to fill the post of Chief Accounts Officer from reserve category for the year 2022-23 be declared bad and illegal and same may be quashed and set aside and respondents be directed to fill the post of Chief Accounts Officer as per roster point from the Unreserved candidates and thereafter petitioner be considered for promotion and be promoted on the post of Chief Accounts Officer against the vacancy of the year 2022-23 with all consequential benefits.

By an appropriate writ, order of direction the impugned action of the respondents to consider the private respondent Gyan Prasad Gusaiwal for promotion to the Chief Accounts Officer against the vacancy of the year 2022-23 against the roster point meant for UR Category be declared bad and illegal and respondents be directed to make promotion strictly in accordance with L Shape roster and to fill the post only with the UR Candidate from whom post is required to be filled as per L shape roster.
