JUDGEMENT

(1.) This misc. application under Sec. 15(5) of the Commercial Courts Act is filed by the applicant with a prayer to transfer the Civil Suit No.22/2017 titled as 'Ashok Kumar Contractor Vs. Executive Engineer, IGNP and Ors.' pending before the Additional District Judge, Rajgarh Camp Court, Taranagar, to Commercial Court, Jodhpur.

(2.) In view of the fact that related file of the above referred suit has already been returned to the applicant, no further order is required to be passed in the present application and the same is, therefore, disposed of.
