JUDGEMENT

(1.) This matter comes upon an application filed by the appellants for rectification of the order dtd. 12/11/2021 passed by this Court in S.B. Cr. Misc. Suspension of Sentence Application (Appeal) No. 609/2021.

(2.) Learned counsel for the appellants submits that in the application submitted by the appellant seeking suspension of sentence, name of father of appellants Ummed Singh, Mahendra Singh and Manoj Kumar @ Pappu has wrongly been mentioned as Jora Ram, instead of Sultan Ram. In the impugned order, learned trial court has mentioned the correct name of father of the present appellants.
