(1.) The present writ petitions are listed in the "Orders Category" but with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, these petitions are heard for final disposal.
(2.) Both these writ petitions arise out of the judgment and decree dtd. 2/12/2000 passed by the learned Assistant Collector and Executive Magistrate (HQ), Jodhpur which were allowed and decreed in favour of the plaintiffs-respondents. The validity of this judgment and decree was assailed before the Revenue Appellate Authority, Jodhpur. The Revenue Appellate Authority, Jodhpur vide its judgment dtd. 23/9/2002 dismissed the appeal preferred by the petitioner - Rajasthan Housing Board which was further challenged by the petitioner before the Board of Revenue, Rajasthan, Ajmer but that second appeal too was dismissed by the Board of Revenue, Rajasthan, Ajmer vide its judgment dtd. 2/1/2014. Aggrieved of the three orders passed by these courts, the present writ petitions have been preferred.
(3.) Since the writ petitions arise out of the common judgments passed by three courts below and the subject matter being common, both these writ petitions are disposed of by this common order.
