(1.) The present bail application has been filed under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No.234/2022, Police Station Nokha, District Bikaner for the offences punishable under Ss. 341, 323, 354, 308, 504 and 34 of IPC.
