JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition has been filed assailing the legality and validity of the transfer order dated 27.12.2021 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Headquarter of Jaipur City Transport Services Limited, Jaipur (for brevity "the JCTSL") to Vidhyadhar Nagar "B" Depot.

(2.) The facts in brief as emerge from the writ petition are that the petitioner was appointed as a Conductor in the year 2013 by the JCTSL. Vide order dated 02.12.2019, the petitioner was posted in the Establishment Wing of the Head Office. Vide order impugned dated 27.12.2021, he has been transferred in Vidhyadhar Nagar "B" Depot.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has been transferred without any administrative exigency/complaint nor, anybody has been transferred in his place. He, therefore, prayed that the writ petition be allowed and the order impugned dated 27.12.2021 be quashed.
