(1.) The present bail application has been filed under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioner, who is in judicial custody in connection with F.I.R. No.97/2022, Police Station ACB Jaipur, ACB Chowki, Pali, registered for the offence punishable under Ss. 7 and 7A of the Prevention of the Corruption Act, 2018 and Sec. 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.
