JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that Tender Notice dtd. 8/10/2020 was issued for Providing, Laying and shifting of power lines at Industrial Area, Baggad (Rajsamand) from reputed contractors.

(2.) Learned counsel submitted that bid submitted by the petitioner was the lowest and as such he was finally awarded the contract for an amount of Rs.1,56,64705.13 vide work order dtd. 1/2/2021.

(3.) Learned counsel submitted that the petitioner started executing the contract and accordingly he was also made payment by the respondents as is reflected in the document/abstract of quantities dtd. 1/11/2021, whereby the petitioner was paid a total sum of Rs.1,28,79,479.00.
