JUDGEMENT

(1.) Issue notice. Learned Public Prosecutor accepts notice on behalf of the respondent State of Rajasthan.

(2.) With the consent of both the learned counsel for the parties, the matter is being heard and disposed of finally.

(3.) The instant misc. petition has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner challenging the order dated 30.5.2012 passed by the learned Special Judge, SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act Cases, Bhilwara in Sessions Case No.01/2010, whereby, the application filed by the petitioner under Section 216 Cr.P.C. for alteration in the charge has been rejected.
