JUDGEMENT

(1.) In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for direction to the respondents to consider her candidature for appointment on the post of Teacher Gr.-II (Social Science) under the category of OBC (Woman).

(2.) On 01.04.2011 following order was passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court:-

In pursuance of aforesaid order, petitioner appeared in the examination and secured only 203.40% marks in the category of OBC (Woman), whereas, as per the statement made by counsel for the respondent -Commission the last cut of marks under the said category was 276.19% marks. Meaning thereby, the petitioner secured much less marks than the candidates already included in the select list, therefore, not entitled to get any relief prayed for.
