JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the parties and with their assistance perused the material made available during arguments.

(2.) Counsel for petitioner submits that first bail application was rejected with liberty to file fresh after framing of charge. Counsel submits that bail application has been filed after framing of charge u/s 489B & 489C IPC.

(3.) TAKING note of nature of the alleged accusation but without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is not inclined to grant indulgence of post -arrest bail to the accused petitioner U/s 439 Cr.P.C. Consequently, the bail application stands dismissed. However, it is expected from the learned trial court to expedite the trial.
