JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) At the request of learned counsel for the parties, arguments were heard and the appeal is being disposed off finally.

(3.) The claimants/parents of deceased Rishikesh, who died in motor accident on 13.01.2004, have preferred this appeal for enhancement of amount of compensation. Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Karauli(for short 'the Tribunal') has awarded total compensation of Rs. 1,62,000/- with interest @ 5% per annum vide award dated 10.07.2006.
