JUDGEMENT

(1.) With the consent of parties, the matter is being heard for final disposal of the Revision Petition itself.

(2.) This Revision Petition under sec.397 read with sec.401 CrPC is directed against the order dated 11 th November 2011 passed by learned Special Judge, CBI Cases, Jodhpur in Case No.29/1996- State of Raj. v. Y.P. Peshwa and others, by which learned Special Judge rejected application of the petitioner moved under sec.91 CrPC.

(3.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as also learned Public Prosecutor for the CBI, scanned through the material placed on record and perused the impugned order passed by the court below.
