JUDGEMENT

(1.) BOTH the parties are present in person.

(2.) THIS appeal has been preferred against judgment and decree dated 13th May, 2010, whereby the suit for dissolution of marriage dated 09.05.2004, filed by respondent-husband, Kalpesh @ Vinit was decreed. Being aggrieved with the same, the wife-appellant has preferred this appeal.

(3.) LEARNED counsel for both the parties admitted that a sum of Rs. 6,00,000.00(Rupees Six Lacs only) has been deposited by the respondent in the Bank Account of the appellant-wife and the remaining amount of Rs. 6,00,000.00(Rupees Six Lacs only), which was to be paid by way of Fixed Deposit in the name of Ms. Simone, has been paid today in the Court. Fixed Deposit for a sum of Rs. 6,00,000.00(Rupees Six Lacs only) in the name of Ms. Simone has been handed over in the Court to the appellant-wife.
