JUDGEMENT

(1.) BY this writ petition, a challenge has been made to the selection to the post of Constable and other related posts so advertised by the respondents.

(2.) LEARNED counsel for petitioner submits that two issues have been raised in the present writ petition. So far as the issue regarding grant of relaxation and concession to the reserve category candidates and to allow them to migrate in open/ general category is concerned, the same is not required to be pressed as arguments on the aforesaid issue have already been heard and judgment is kept reserved by this court at Jaipur Bench thus aforesaid issue may be concluded by directing that it would be governed by the judgment in the pending case where order is to be pronounced by this court as to whether reserve category candidates can migrate to general/ open category on obtaining more marks than the last candidate in general/ open category on getting benefit of relaxation and concession.

(3.) LEARNED counsel for respondents, on the other hand, submit that so far as first issue is concerned, matter has already been heard by this court thus final outcome of the pending case reserved for pronouncement of judgment, if applied, they have no objection.
