JUDGEMENT

(1.) IN this contempt petition, where the petitioner has stated non- compliance of the order passed in SAW No.183/2003 in relation to the award made in his favour as back as on 02.11.1993, on the earlier occasion, instead of issuing notices, we orally requested the learned senior counsel Mr. P.K. Lohra, who is appearing for the employer - Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation in this Court, to take instructions in the matter.

(2.) THE learned senior counsel Mr. Lohra today submits that the Chief Manager of the Corporation at its Jodhpur depot has issued the order dated 31.07.2012 regarding pay fixation and grant of first selection grade to the petitioner. The learned counsel has placed before us a copy of the order dated 31.07.2012 for perusal.
