JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner herein seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of habeas corpus with the submissions that he contacted marriage with the alleged detenue Ms. Roop Kanwar on 30.06.2006 and out of wedlock a boy named Shivam was born in the year 2008. THE petitioner has stated the grievance in the manner that though he was living with his wife and son for some time but his father-in-law with other relatives took his wife and son away; and that the petitioner and his family members are not permitted to meet his wife and son who are allegedly in illegal detention of the respondents. It is also alleged that the petitioner has approached the police authorities but they have not taken appropriate steps yet.

(2.) THOUGH no document has been filed in support of the suggestion that the petitioner made any report to the concerned authorities but the petitioner has filed an additional affidavit with the submissions that he had made a written report to the police but he was not given the copy thereof despite demand and no steps were taken by the police authorities. The submissions remain rather vague and uncertain.
