JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties. In this writ petition, on 27.09.2012 the following order was passed:-

In view of the fact that appeal of the petitioner is still pending, I deem it proper to dispose of this writ petition with direction to the appellate court to decide the appeal itself within a period of three months. The stay order granted by this Court on 27.09.2012 shall remain in currency till disposal of the appeal.

(3.) With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
