JUDGEMENT

(1.) THESE are two petitions filed by the petitioner which have been sent by post.

(2.) D.B. Civil Writ Petition (Parole) No.4688/2012 has been filed stating that vide order dated 20.12.2011 the District Magistrate, Jhunjhunu has ordered for release of the petitioner on regular parole for 40 days but he was unable to furnish the surety-bonds and therefore he could not be released and as such he has prayed that he may be ordered to be released on personal bond.
