JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that connected special appeal, i.e. D.B. Civil Special Appeal No. 334/2012 (Naresh Kumar Sharma Vs. State of Raj. & Ors.) has been disposed of as having become infructuous by Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.03.2012 in view of Circular dated 23.12.2011 issued by the State Government, therefore, present special appeal may also be disposed of as having become infructuous. Following order was passed on 16.03.2012 in D.B. Civil Special Appeal No. 334/2012:
