THE learned counsel for the parties submit ad idem that the subject matter of this writ petition stands squarely covered by the decision rendered earlier by this Court in similar nature petition, being CWP No. 5227/2009 : Vidhya Bhawan Society, Udaipur Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors., decided on 27.07.2011. The learned counsel for the petitioner has placed for perusal a photostat of the order dated 27.07.2011 as passed in CWP No. 5227/2009 wherein this Court has observed and directed as under:-
