JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:-

(2.) HEARD the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned counsel for the respondent and perused the writ petition.

(3.) MR. M.A. Khan appearing on behalf of the Rajasthan University of Health Sciences has submitted that the petitioners have appeared only for one paper in B.Sc. Part 2nd Year Examination as would transpire from the Annexures 3 and 4 of the writ petition. Counsel for the respondent submitted that writ petition is, on the face of it, palpably frivolous and without any legal foundation. As such, the the same deserves to be dismissed.
