This misc. appeal is directed against order dated 4th July, 2012 passed by the Family Court, No. 1, Jaipur, whereby an application filed by the parties, to waive the condition of minimum six months, as required under Section 13B(2) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955(for short 'the Act'), has been dismissed.
