JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the parties. In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following relief:-

ADMITTEDLY , as per petitioner although interview letter was issued by the respondents on 25.06.2010, but it was not received by the petitioner and interviews were held on 29th and 30th June, 2010, therefore, petitioner is seeking direction to conduct fresh interview on the ground that short time was given to appear in the interview, so also, call letter for interview issued to him was not received.

(3.) DURING course of arguments, counsel for the petitioner submits that now respondents are going to conduct fresh interviews for selection, therefore, directions may be issued to allow the petitioner to appear in the interview.
