JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) PETITIONER has preferred this contempt petition for disobedience of judgment dated 14th July, 2011 passed by this Court.

(3.) DURING pendency of contempt petition, respondents made payment of Rs. 90,000.00 by way of depositing the same in the bank account of the petitioner on 18th September, 2012. A statement in this regard was given by learned counsel for the respondents, which finds place in order dated 1st October, 2012 passed by this Court.
